INTERIOR DESIGN
We offer FULL SERVICE (phases 1-3), individual, or a combination of any of the following phases for both residential and commercial projects:
Phase 1: Design Development: we propose designs via various mediums, such as space plans, mood boards, detailed construction plans, 3D renderings, etc.
Phase 2: Procurement: we shop with you at showrooms, gather laborer estimates, order and track finishes, etc.
Phase 3: Installation and Staging: we oversee the installations, photoshoot, and stage the space(s).
Our mission is to learn extensively about our clients, then translate what we learn in to sophisticated and functional spaces that improve their lives.
SERVICES
DRAFTING
If you only need drafting services, we can assist with both residential and commercial projects, such as with stamped full set construction plans, permit and variance plans, 3D renderings, etc. We can also refer you to trusted engineers, surveyors, and general contractors that we've partnered with for many years.
If you prefer we stay involved from design through completion, we offer FULL SERVICE as well (see above under "Interior Design" to view what a full service project typically entails).
We can come to your site to measure and assess, or you can send us your ideas and measurements, and we can assist you fully remotely.
